I'm Aaron, a Senior Automotive Designer with over 32 years of experience, primarily with Ford Motor Company. My career has been dedicated to crafting iconic and recognizable vehicle designs, spanning from pickup trucks to luxury cars.

Design Philosophy

At the core of my design philosophy lies a deep appreciation for the essence of form. It's about understanding the interplay of line, surface, and volume to create designs that are not just visually appealing but also purposeful and meaningful. I believe in pushing the boundaries of car design through child-like playfulness, exploration, and a narrative-driven approach.

Tools and Workflow

I embrace a range of digital sculpting and voxel modeling tools, including ZBrush, Blender sculpting, Adobe Medium, Substance 3D Modeler, and 3D Coat. These tools allow for a playful and explorative approach, fostering innovation and boundless creativity.

Teaching and Innovation

As an instructor at the College for Creative Studies, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and inspiring the next generation of designers.
