Privacy policy

How Carstylus handles information when you visit, contact us or purchase a digital product.

The shop is currently in prelaunch. Purchases and preorders are not available.

1. Who handles your information

Studiowalker LLC, trading as Carstylus, is responsible for information it handles through carstylus.com and its product support. Contact aaron@carstylus.com for privacy questions or requests.

2. Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide and the contents of your message. You may choose to share an order reference, product details or files when requesting support. Please send only what is needed and do not send passwords or complete card details.

The current shop does not have customer accounts, a mailing-list signup, an upload form or an active payment checkout.

3. Technical information and cookies

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose problems. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure.

The current Carstylus site does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies, and does not embed third-party videos. Infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and protect the site. External websites you choose to visit have their own practices.

4. Purchases through Paddle

Checkout is not yet enabled. When purchases through Paddle become available, Paddle will act as merchant of record and handle payment and billing data under its own privacy policy. We may receive information needed to fulfill and support your order, such as your name, email address, purchased products, order reference, payment status and relevant tax or billing information. Carstylus does not need or request your complete payment-card number.

5. Why information is used

We use information to respond to requests, deliver and support purchased products, maintain order records, investigate technical or security issues, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes may rely on performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, legal obligations, or consent where required.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, payments and product delivery, only as needed for those purposes, or disclosed when legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. YouTube and Instagram links open those services; their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support, order administration and applicable legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable data protection arrangements.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. For payment information held independently by Paddle, contact Paddle directly.

9. Children and policy changes

The store is intended for people able to enter a purchase contract, or acting with appropriate parent or guardian authorization. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will update this page when information practices change, including when checkout or delivery features are introduced, and seek consent where required.
